Multi purpose Modular

THE CONCEPT

Another SRS innovation is the Modular System. The same 25 tonne lorry can carry a wide range of equipment modules: access, flat bed and crane, drum carrier and drain cleaning.

CHANGING MODULES

It takes about 20 minutes to change modules. They are based on 20ft containers and fastened with standard container locks. Hydraulic and electric power is supplied by the base vehicle through quick fit couplings and multi socket connectors.

ACCESS MODULES

A range of boom lifts up to 12 metres, together with scissor lift platforms and scissor lift platform / boom lift combinations is available.

Flatbed and crane modules

The general purpose workhorse of the system. Trailers may be carried on the flat bed.

DRUM CARRIER MODULES

Two drum carriers may be fitted to the loading deck module.
A 22 tonne metre crane mounted behind the deck can be used to lift the drums onto their carriers. The boom may be used to thimble wire into position over head.

DRAIN CLEANING

A jetting and suction vehicle blasts dirt free then sucks it out. The latest design includes water recycling so that it can work a full 8 hour shift.
